YDGS needs YOU!

You could make a difference to YDGS. Have you considered helping or even joining the committee?  A new broom sweeps clean and your input could bring some new ideas to our members. Think about it. We have about 4 committee meetings a year that usually last around 1 hour. Your views could make a great difference!. Ask how you could help at our regular meetings or contact the committee.

Could you help us with the Yateley May Fayre? Our major fund-raising event is the plant stall at the annual May Fayre, taking place on Monday 5th May, so once again we call on you to assist by raising plants and/or helping on the stall for an hour or two. Any of the following would be welcome provided they are good strong plants:-  tomato, beans ( French type or runner), courgettes, herbaceous perennials ( easily made by dividing existing plants e.g. hostas and clumps of snowdrops.  Houseplants are also welcome.  Let us know how you could help at our regular meetings or by contacting the committee.
